Code of Conduct

As organizers of the Euclid Theory Working Group meeting, we are committed to making this workshop productive and enjoyable for everyone. We strive to create a diverse environment where all attendees feel welcome and are treated with respect and dignity regardless of their gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, career status, family situation etc. We are dedicated to providing an environment free from discrimination, bullying, harassment or victimisation, and to creating a culture of diversity where all are valued for their contribution and individuality. We expect all conference attendees to be kind to others and treat each other with respect. Please be reminded that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate. 


We encourage attendees wishing to report any sort of inappropriate behaviour or harassment to email the conference organizers or inform them in person at the workshop.


Any issues raised will be treated strictly confidentially.
