Accommodation

Participants are expected to book their own accommodation, either choosing to stay in the University campus, within walking distance to the IFT, or in the city center:

- To stay in the University campus, it is necessary to make a reservation at Residencia Erasmo. The process is very simple: download the form below, fill it in and send it via e-mail with the subject HEFT 2014, to this e-mail address: erasmo2@resa.es.

- To stay in the city center, there is the possibility to book at the Residencia de Estudiantes CSIC (Calle Pinar 21, 28006 Madrid) at special prices. It is necessary to send an email before the 24th of July to reservas@residencia.csic.es, with:

Name and family name and accademic data of the participant

Day of arrival and of departure

Preferred method of payment (cash of credict card)

Explicitly indicating the workshop name to benefit of the special prices (single room 65,96 €, double room 111,44 €)

Putting the secretary of the workshop in Cc of the email, roxanna.rodriguez@uam.es.

Here below there is a list of hotels close to Atocha train station and Sol train station, very convenient to reach the university campus. In this case, each participant is invited to make the reservation through the hotels' reservation website.
