The LoRCA kick-off workshop will take place from wednesday february 17th to friday february 19th 2016 in Granada, Spain.

The goal of this workshop is to discuss the design, science goals, construction, and management of the new multi-fiber spectrograph to be installed at the Schmidt telescope of the Calar Alto observatory in Almería.

In this aim, we will dedicate the first two days are dedicated to discuss the different scientific opportunities that such an instrument could provide to the community. The last day will be dedicated to discussion and to the creation of a technical paper gathering the information about the LoRCA instrument, and main survey science.
