https://ludus.org.es/es/la-cabana (This is NOT a school, it is rather an urban camp in the Retiro Park open the whole year, 9am - 2pm); Retiro will be pretty convenient if you stay close to Atocha or Sol. 

https://ludus.org.es/es/el-ardal  (Located in San Sebastian de los Reyes, a village quite close to UAM; of course, this will only be convenient if you stay there...)

https://ludus.org.es/es/octopus (Located in the eastern part of Madrid)

https://www.espaciodejandohuella.com/ This might be an option for relatively young kids (< 6yrs). However they may only offer long-term care (> 1 month).
