Accepted participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodations.

 

Below is a partial list of hotels located near the Atocha and Sol train stations, both of which offer convenient public transportation to the workshop venue (see the Transportation tab for more details).

 

DISCLAIMER: For previous events at the IFT, some of the participants reported being contacted by external companies offering discounted hotel or transportation rates. Please note these are not supported by the LDW organizers, and are either scam or phishing attempts. If you are unsure if an email regarding LDW25 is legitimate please contact us at ldw2025@ift.csic.es, or get in touch with any of the organizers directly.
